Joe and Mac: Caveman Ninja is a side-scrolling action game released for the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) in 1991. Players control Joe and Mac, two cavemen on a quest to rescue a group of women from an evil tribe of Neanderthals. The game features a variety of weapons and power-ups, as well as cooperative two-player gameplay. The levels are filled with prehistoric creatures and obstacles, and bosses at the end of each level. The game also includes mini-games, such as dinosaur races, and hidden bonus stages.
