Donkey Kong Country 3: Dixie Kong's Double Trouble is a platform video game developed by Rare and published by Nintendo in 1996 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES). It is the third installment in the Donkey Kong Country series, and follows the adventures of Dixie Kong and her cousin Kiddy Kong as they try to rescue Donkey Kong and Diddy Kong from the evil King K. Rool. The game features new levels, enemies, and animal buddies, and introduces a new "Brothers Bear" side quest where players collect items for various bear characters in exchange for rewards.
