Contra Spirits (known as "Contra: The Hard Corps" in North America) is a run and gun video game developed by Konami for the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES) in 1996. It is the fourth game in the Contra series, featuring new characters and gameplay mechanics while maintaining the series' signature fast-paced action and challenging difficulty. Players can choose from four different characters with unique abilities and weapons to fight their way through multiple levels filled with enemies and boss battles. The game also features branching paths and multiple endings based on player choices throughout the game.
