Unfortunately, there is no official game called "Mortal Kombat III Special" that was released for the NES (Nintendo Entertainment System). The Mortal Kombat series was primarily released on arcade machines and home consoles such as the Sega Genesis, Super Nintendo, and later consoles. It's possible that a fan-made game or hack of an existing NES game exists with this title, but I do not have information on that.
